Shipping and Order Confirmatoin:
Most orders are processed and shipped withi.n 1 to 3 business days. Fair shipping rates are offered. Customers will receive delivery tracking numbers for domestic orders and shipping conformation number for International orders.
International mail is subject to customs examination and possible fees in the destination country. Any customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
International mail options are:
First Class Mail International - Reliable and economical however there is no delivery conformation and no guaranteed delivery times.
Express Mail International - features quicker delivery times and can be tracked to the destination.
Domestic & International - Shipping rate can be viewed before checkout is complete
Return policy:
Our products are made with pride and we take the utmost care to ensure quality. Each item is put through a final inspection right before it goes into the packaging. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item your claim must be received within 10 business from the day you received your order.
